Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering University of Tulsa, 1981, 20 years of electrical power engineering including work with the New York Port Authority, D. W. Gates Engineering Service, The Benham Group and Kennedy Airport in New York City. Extensive experience in commercial building design, lighting design and municipal power design for water projects.

MARCUS TOWNSELL

Title: Electrical Engineer/Site Engineer

Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Wichita State, 2003. Active duty in U.S. Navy 1991 - 1996. Experience in electrical power and electronic control system. Work experience includes field inspection of power operations, battery systems testing, PLS programming and electrical power design. Projects include the design and inspection of electrical power plant generator installations and of lumber plant control systems.
