Design street lighting project for N.W. 23rd Street in Oklahoma City from I-44 to Bath. Work includes design of new lighting system, including poles, conduit, service poles, demolition and photometric projections.

Provide electrical design for decorative street lighting and functional street lighting for approximately 45 black faces in downtown Tulsa. Includes co-ordination with landscape architect.

Design jogging trail lighting for Riverparks using standard lights provided by PSO for trail from 11th Street to 56th Street and Riverside and from 81st and Riverside to 101st and Riverside.

Design and inspect construction of new HVAC and power distribution system for 20,000 square foot exhibition building for Osage County. Project included designing new electrical and gas service for the building, reviewing submittals and inspection of the project.

Mark Twain Elementary School

Design complete electrical power distribution and lighting for new elementary school. Design included fire protection, clock system and intercom system for 50,000 square foot building.
Tulsa Housing Authority
May 2001 - March 2005
Design complete electrical power distribution and HVAC system for new 200 unit Public Housing Project. Work also includes designs for 8 floor plans, including townhouses and flats and cottages. Site power and lighting design and construction inspection were a part of the project.
Langston University
December 1998 - June 1999
Design electrical power and co-ordinate design of mechanical systems for renovation and expansion of campus field house. Work scope included complete re-wiring of structure and new electrical service and switch gear. Project includes a total of 27,500 square feet.
Osage County
April 1999 - September 2001
Provide electrical and lighting design for complete renovation electrical system for the Osage County Courthouse in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. The project involved designing new service and lighting plan for existing 35,000 square foot, 4 story building originally built in 1911. Building remained occupied during renovation. In addition to design services, D.W. Gates Engineering Services provided construction inspection services.
Langston University Football Stadium
January 2000 - November 2002
Work on this job has involved complete electrical and lighting design for new football stadium and indoor swimming pool for Langston University. Work scope includes interior lighting, power, and phone distribution for office and locker room expansion. Also included is the new football field lighting design and related power distribution and new scoreboard design. Project includes office and locker room space, maintenance buildings of approximately 24,000 square feet.
Langston University Food and Fiber Lab
January 2002 - September 2003
Work on this project has involved complete power and lighting design and lab power design for a comprehensive 60,000 square foot lab building for Langston University. The project included classrooms, laboratories and conference rooms, an auditorium, and various pieces of lab equipment. The building has a 250KVA 480V/3 phase generator for backup power.
